Please prepare and bring the following requirements to avoid delays:
- National ID or any valid Government-issued ID
- Two (2) photocopies with three (3) specimen signatures
- Screenshot or printed copy of your BBMS Online Registration (e-print)
👨👩👧 For Authorized Children Claiming on Behalf of the Beneficiary
If you are the son or daughter of the beneficiary, kindly bring:
- Your own valid ID (2 photocopies with 3 specimen signatures)
- The complete requirements of your parent (beneficiary)

The masterlist of beneficiaries is based on the PSA survey and was endorsed by the Department of Social Welfare Services (DSWS).
The Barangay Government has no participation in the selection of beneficiaries. If you have concerns regarding your inclusion or exclusion from the list, please coordinate directly with the DSWS Office in Labangon.
⚠️ Please note: Active 4Ps beneficiaries and Walang Gutom Program beneficiaries are not eligible for this assistance.
